Our 1st  remediation product is a peroxide based removal  / deburring spray .  The product will  degenerate to just water and oxygen (Fiber locks APC) which are the results after agitation .We then use Shock wave  Broad spectrum disinfectant , virazide and mildewstat. Once completely dried, a final coating  of Aftershock fungicidal coating is sprayed on  that will last for 10 years under most conditions.
